With this extrusion line it is possible to produce a monolayer or BAB configuration sheet in PP foam. This technology allows to reduce the specific weight of the product from 30% up to 60%, thus generating savings in the cost of raw material, while maintaining high production efficiency (output up to 900 - 1000 Kg/h) and a satisfactory final sheet quality for perfect thermoforming. In addition to this, PP is a totally recyclable and environmentally sustainable material, a perfect substitute for all other types of plastic polymers used in the packaging industry. Strong point of the equipment: it allows a reduction in the specific weight of the foil, with a consequent reduction in the production costs from the raw material point of view, thus generating a circular, environmentally sustainable economy.
